Okay I think I'm caught up on tags for the moment and will slowly poke at tags and stuff as I get them. I'm not sure yet if I'll work on any other fics or writing projects. I'm itching to write but I'm feeling a bit lazy about it too. It's weird.
Last night was interesting. One of my high school friends took me to Pluckers, a wing bar up here in Dallas. It was $2 margarita night, so I had one and then had one of their "Toxic Tea"s which was sweet tea with raspberry liqueur and vodka. You couldn't taste the vodka and it was so good and I wanted more. But I didn't want to drink too much so I stopped myself after the two. Which was fine because I was starting to feel it and I ended up hanging out for a little while when I got home and then falling asleep at like eight. I'm such a lightweight it's almost pathetic.
I should get up to feed the dogs and stuff. And try to get things started for my day.

It's 2001, Lavender and the rest of her classmates, as well as selected people from 1981, have been transported to an alternate universe where Bellatrix Lestrange is the Dark Lord, and Neville Longbottom the chosen one.
Lavender would love to see Parvati Patil, Seamus Finnigan and other Gryffindors from her year.
Orcaphilia would like to have her husband 81'Xenophilius Lovegood around. They've only been married for over a year, and Orca needs him in this strange future world.
Fred is from the alternate world, and is sadly not a twin. Hence, he would love to meet canon!George Weasley, and also any of his other family members of the canon!world.

Lysander wants a kitten. He's never really wanted like, a pet to himself. he likes the house pets and he likes animals and he like's lorcan's fishercat, but he really wants one of those kittens he helped Patrick with. But he doesn't have the guts to ask for one for himself (and he thinks that Emily wouldn't give him one). But he likes those kittens. I knew he liked animals and stuff, but I didn't think he'd like cats so much.
edit: Lysander doesn't consider Mu a pet; Mu was a rescue. Plus, Luna has kind of adopted him. XD Lysander loves his pig, but he's a friend, not a pet.

Calling all some Weasleys! Wished is a great, active game that is currently in need of filling out its Weasley clan. We've lost several brothers recently, and it's really annoying Fred here. We have a very active and friendly cast, including Molly, Fred, George, Ron & Ginny, and we would really like Arthur, Bill & Fleur, Charlie, and Percy to show back up already. The Weasleys are not the sort who like having an incomplete family - Molly worries too much and then she doesn't make scones!

So it's that time of the year and I wanted to post this before I completely forgot to.
If it mucks up your friend page... Bah Humbug! :D
And I'd just like to say that I'm glad that those few months back Hayley convinced me (it didn't take much) to pick me up Louis at BNW. Because I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed myself with the new characters and the new people I've played with and become friends with. And... um yeah.
Uh... So thank you everyone and stay safe/take care these holidays... Have a merry christmas and a happy new year!
PS: OMG icemice I FOUND PICS ON GETTY OF ALEX'S SPROGLET ALL CHRISTMASYFIED! ...and I have no idea why this makes me giddy.

So, this is super embarrassing, but I'm preserving it for my own records. And for wow, idiot, sympathy.
My friend Gina came up here tonight. We started at about 9 o'clock at the local bar. Dollar rum and cokes started at ten, so I had an amaretto sour to start off. Then Gina's mom texted us from another bar saying to come see her, she'd buy us a drink. We went, except Gina's mom, her friend, and a girl I went to high school with were all there. They ALL bought be drinks, so I had two huge shot-things, and a Mike's Hard Cranberry.
We left that bar and went back to the one that we started at and I started with a double rum and coke. Then a whiskey sour. Then two more rum and cokes. I was drinking basically the same as Gina and DAMN, has that girl got a liver on her. She was okay and I was drunk. So we left the bar, and her parents own a pizza place, so we decided to go there to get something to eat. We got there, I was okay. I was like, totally drunk, but okay. It was about 11 by then, so I'd drunk all of that in like, two hours, maybe a bit more.
Then I went out for a cigarette and sat down along the wall of the pizza place. Then I decided to lay down and had extreme difficulty getting up. I ate one french fry and ran for the bathroom. I spent about an hour in there, first throwing up, then just lying there, contemplating how one stands when one is that miserably wasted. Finally, Gina came in, and her dad helped me get up. She drove me home (I think she'd sobered up some by then), and when I got home, she put me on the couch in our living room and called for my mom.
Then my poor, martyr of a mother held my hair back as I vomited, shook like a leaf for about an hour, and insisted my dad call the hospital to make sure I wasn't dying of alcohol poisoning (I wasn't). I probably spent an hour and a half at least with my eyes closed but unable to pass out, from lying down on the pizza place's bathroom floor till an hour after I'd gotten home, people were just leading me around. Poor people who give a shit about me. I'm better now, though surprisingly still drunk. (It's 4:30. I stopped drinking at LEAST five hours ago. And I'm still drunk.)
Lessons learned:
1) I really am a lightweight.
2) Pace self. Pace self, Meg. Slow down. Just because you can pound it with the best of them doesn't mean it won't catch up to you.
3) You knew that being sick wasn't cool. Why did you do this to yourself?
ETA: I have sobered up enough that writing this post wasn't overly difficult. But walking is hard.

Yup yup, it's another mix by yours truly! I made a Regulus mix ages ago for Memories '75, but figured it was time for a new one. That Regulus was only 14 years old and the recent heir to the House of Black, and I figured that sparethenheir is due his own set of songs as a soundtrack his current circumstances.
This isn't supposed to be like my Barty mix, which was going for a certain mood and style. I picked each song here for their perceived relevance. I've included some snippets of lyrics below the cut, but I've left off explanations, figuring most were pretty obvious. Enjoy!

Rodolphus at Wished would still love a few unique roles filled. Following the recent takeover of the Ministry of Magic by Voldemort and his Death Eaters, Rodolphus has been tasked with finding people to join the Snatchers. The problem? We don't have nearly enough dark-minded adults around! There are many possibilities - any former students, of course. Any name only canon names that you want to flesh out as an OC Snatcher too would probably work! We just need some dark to counteract all the damn Order members we have around!
Some definite possibilities I'd love to see? Fenrir Greyback, Scabior, Thorfinn Rowle, Miles Bletchley, Rufus Fudge, Bole, Derrick, Marcus Flint, C. Warrington - maybe even Cormac McLaggen? OCs might be considered as well, if you discuss it with the mods.

Hi! Yes I'm back to span F-lists until I get the characters I want :)
At ammods a 'Dark King' has messed up some really complicated magic, and instead of having children to cultivate into an army, he has wound up with witches and wizards of all ages, years, and beliefs! I play Angelina Johnson & Pollux Black... & Rodolphus Lestrange but he doesn't have any specific demands today.
For Angelina Johnson
George Weasley! There has just been a new Fred hold, so hopefully he'll go through! Angelina has found out that she ends up married to George, having two children, and a whole lot of nieces and nephews! Molly Prewett is in game, Ginny Weasley, Harry Potter, a 10 year old Bill Weasley, and other characters!
→ I think it would be nice to have him from after they are married/have children, but any aged George would make me VERY HAPPY. In Angelina's time, they've sort of come together over their grief from Fred's death, but they aren't anything serious. If he's younger than 18, he will need a guardian and that would freak Angie right out! Especially if she'd have to explain Fred's death :(
→ PB? Kevin McKidd maybe? The Fred hold is holding Nick Santino
Fred II! There is a Roxanne on hold (and since one of the mods is app'ing her, she's likely to go through!), but I'm selfish and want Fred II as well. At the moment, Ang is kind of jealous that all these parents are meeting their own children, and she wants to meet hers. She was probably a slightly demanding mother, since we all know Angelina has a bit of a problem when she gets in control! I'm sure she worked on that with George, and tried really hard to not be upset if her kids didn't love quidditch.
→ As for ages, I have no preference. If he's under 17 Ang would petition for guardianship, but she's more concerned that he comes over when he comes.
For Pollux Black
Violetta or Cygnus Black! Pollux is one of the few Blacks who actually like his parents! He's 18, had three kids, and is living at home. His mother refuses to help Irma (his wife) raise the children, so they don't have a terrible lot of interaction at home. Pollux got a job thanks to his lovely Daddy, and is quite happy with his life. What he's not happy about, is strangers & "blood traitors" Morag MacDougal and Sirius Black raising his baby sister Cassiopeia. He has petitioned the King and they refuse to do anything about the situation. He is also rather upset he has to plan to see his own sister! If his mum or dad come and are of age, then they would automatically get Cassie. If they are underage, it still might help Pollux's cause.

Okay, so I held at bw_mods. Demeter (future Crouch); I'm pretty sure Hannah (parisian)'s interested in SNR, if he's still open when she gets back (or she might hold him while she's away). But! Demeter has a brother, [M] Bletchley (Future grandpapa of Miles), 6th year Slytherin (she's a 6th year Hufflepuff). I don't think I want fraternal twins, but Irish twins (born within a year, so either one bday is sept/oct and the other is july/aug) so there's almost a year separating them, but not a school year.
Hit me up if you're interested in plotting; Hannah and I haven't plotted 100% out, but either going the sweethearts love match or an awk. arranged route.
RN I have held Candice Accola, but it may have to change! I'm open to ideas.
I am working on Tax, I think I have a handle on depreciation! Now onto the rest of the book. lol!
OH also, Lysander had a nightmare last night - or rather, gave me one? IDK how to explain it. Anyway I woke up briefly, all panicky that Cam had broken up with him (idk how exactly but it seemed as if it was in a cruel way) and he really wanted to go sneak into Lorcan's bed to make it ok. He's debating on posting for twin or Cam and asking wtf is up with that. THOUGH my diagnosis is that he's a little more than smitten, because it really hurt and he felt really lost, even though it was just a panicky, mind made break-up.

I had forgotten how much I like to look at Hugh Dancy. (How does one forget such a thing?!) Also, this makes me laugh for all his creepster staring at the girl as he's reciting Byron. (I also want to know how on earth I have half that poem memorized because I can't remember when I read it or why I would have memorized it). I blame episodic. :)
I didn't really get a lot of studying done today but I'm not so very worried about tomorrow's test. I'll pass the class no matter what I do, really, so I'm not so very worried about it. I spent most of today looking through pictures of Henry Cavill and Hugh Dancy and Jamie Bell a number of other really pretty boys. Mostly Europeans. Clearly this means that I need to make my way across the Atlantic at some point and marry a man (preferably kilt-wearing) and have lots of pretty babies (and I will then name them things like Jamie and Bailey and other names that rp characters of mine have already held). Except maybe not really. Who knows!
This entry has basically turned into a bunch of rambles but that's okay.
My mommy cried today because she started getting all sad for my leaving. We ended up eating pistachios and watching Winnie the Pooh on tv before eating dinner. Then we watched The Sing-Off which wasn't as good as I had kind of hoped it would be. I do so love a good a capella group. If you want a good one, go for a group like Hyannis Sound! (hello, random plug >_> )
Tomorrow I have sushi for lunch with a friend, then my test at three, then dinner with another friend. I can't really remember the last time I had plans like this, but it's kind of nice. Definitely a change from the norm.
And this has been a lot of rambling. So I shall stop now.

I am a terrible horrible child; My parents sent me my xmas presents early, because well, they do that. How could they expect me to wait 10 days?? I KNEW THERE WOULD BE CHOCOLATE INSIDE. lmao now to AVERT questions.
My parents don't give the clearest instructions; I emailed them that zombie bag, but I think it's out of order and will ship eventually. BUT, they printed out the picture and stuck it in the stocking (yes, they sent me a stocking lol) so does this mean they ordered it and it will come later (it says out of stock/reprinting) or that I should order it myself?
CONFUSING PARENTS.
I love chocolate. and egg salad but that's a different thought.

I was waiting around to see if there would be an OOC post about it like there was for the Harvest Ball, but since there does not appear to be, this is what my girls got up to during the Christmas dance.
Annie dressed like she said here, in her red dress, black tights and heels charmed red for the night. She did an updo and pinned a sprig of mistletoe in her hair so Syl would have lots of excuses to kiss her (not that he needed the excuse - but it's festive!) and she would have accepted pecks on the cheeks or forehead from everyone else except Rhiannon of course, and they would have had a hawt make-out session in the middle of the floor. >> Annie goes into social butterfly mode in situations like this and would have danced with anyone and everyone who wanted to! And with certain boys (who know who they are) she might've made teasing remarks about how her date is a better dancer than them. She also would have been more physically affectionate with Syl than she was at the Harvest Ball - since things were still new then and they're ~official~ now, so if anyone wanted to take note of that, they're welcome to! All in all, she had an excellent time both during and after the dance (seeing as she did promise her date something about looking gorgeous in nothing, too.
Omg I HATE loud noises first thing in the morning. WHY? There is no need to vacuum at 7:30.
Juliana went in Prefect capacity, and wore this dress in green, I think. She disapproved of all the snogging on the dance floor (surprise, surprise), and would have danced with anyone who asked. And was v v confused by Georgia's attempts to keep her away from Phil. And she probably had a good time over all, though she's more the "you approach me first" type than Annie who will just talk to everyone.
I need to get out of here.

Layne loves me! And I apparently comment a lot from my character's journals. It actually surprised me to see that Bronte was #2 and Lari #3... I guess mostly because you don't really add people's comments together in your head and then you see that and it's like OMG
EDIT: I've already apologised to Layne for not tagging our log. Just wanted to say sorry lost_bohemia for not being around to start a new log.
EDIT2: So I may or may not be around for next day or so... Gotten this flucoldwhateveritisthing and not feeling up to much besides chatting andplayinggamesonfacebook... I'll be around for commenting... but think if I tried getting my brain to write logs it'd go kaboom... as evident by the fact that on an application (i was just writing the name and stuff and then leaving it) i just wrote Hufflepuff as Hufflepiff... i don't think Hufflepiff is the same thing...
